Over the course of his more than 20-year legal career, Tim has served the Flathead community both as a prosecutor and in private practice. He is a skilled attorney who is respected by colleagues, clients, and members of the judiciary alike. In the numerous times that he appeared in my court; Tim always demonstrated a deep understanding of the law. Whether handling a complex civil litigation or simply advocating in the courtroom for his client’s position, he was always professional and very well prepared.
 
Since taking the position of Flathead County Justice of the Peace, Judge Wenz has continued to demonstrate the qualities that have defined his legal career.
